The hotel is surprisingly good for its price. With rooms that come with balconies, you can enjoy a nice view over the city of Hakodate. The location is also a major plus, as it is situated in a central district near the sightseeing area and right across a Lawson store. It's convenient for exploring the city and is close to a tram stop, making it easy to get around. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities, including a refrigerator in the rooms, are well-maintained.

During my Christmas stay, I received great value for my money at this hotel. the location was ideal, with easy access to attractions such as the Red Brick Warehouses and Mount Hakodate. I was pleased with the bicycle rental service and the complimentary hot drinks available in the lobby.

The water boiler provided in the room was inadequate and could only boil a single cup of water at a time. the front desk staff could be more accommodating regarding room requests and pricing.

It is conveniently located near the sightseeing area of Hakodate, allowing guests to easily walk to the nearby historic buildings, ropeway, and Motomachi parks. Additionally, the hotel offers basic amenities, including rooms with balconies that provide a nice view over Hakodate.

3 star price with almost 4 star leisure stay. Peaceful area with an excellent view of mountain & ocean. We got a room with a superb view on the ocean surrounding the city. Standing on the balcony to enjoy the breezing atmosphere can take away your evening time. It's near the mountain where you can easily walk to the cable car station, and get to view the world top 3 night scene on the top of the mountain. Don't forget to ask for a discount voucher for the cable car from the counter. Rooms are considerably small but facilities are well-equipped. Dhc toiletries (a branded cosmetics in Japan) are provided in the shower room. A 24 hours convenience store is just opposite the street where a quick grab of sushi / bento is easy to satisfy hunger pangs at night.
